You can fill out the questionnaire on your phone. Once you start working with us in Manila, we provide your computer and all the tools you need for the job. You don’t need to buy your own equipment.
These are the starting requirements. Previous work experience is not required. If you meet these requirements, we’ll train you to do the work. Potential matters here.
You don’t have to arrive with a career plan. After you join, we use artificial intelligence (AI), practical tasks, and guidance from your team to help you discover work that suits you.
Complete the questionnaire on your phone or a computer. Tell us about your hobbies, the topics you enjoy, and things you like doing or learning. Include interests that seem unrelated to a job. These details help AI and our team identify connections to work you might enjoy. You don’t need to know what they mean for your career yet.
We learn how you approach tasks so we can identify work that may suit you. If we don’t have a suitable role available, we’ll tell you honestly and consider you for future opportunities.
Once you start working with us, we use AI to help identify strengths in how you work, including abilities you may not have noticed. With support from your team, you’ll try tasks that use those strengths to see what you can do and what suits you.
What you learn from trying different tasks helps us find a better fit together. As your skills grow, you’ll have clear expectations, written requirements for each career level, and pay increases at each level.
Each level has written requirements and a defined pay increase. The time ranges below are a guide. You progress when you have developed the required skills, rather than waiting for a fixed review date.
Learn the basics, explore your strengths, and ask plenty of questions. We provide your computer and work tools. At the end of your first working day, you’ll be paid in cash for your time. We want to build trust from the start.
Handle tasks independently with quality checks. Do your work carefully and consistently so your team can rely on you.
Deliver high-quality independent work, help trainees learn the basics, and contribute ideas for improvement.
Learn the basics of every role on your team. Practice guiding others, listening, and helping them develop their skills during a leadership trial with clear expectations. Leading starts with supporting your team.
Your job is to help team members develop their skills and confidence. Help them feel happy, supported, and able to work effectively together. Guide them, help solve problems, and ask how they’re feeling and managing their work. We expect leaders to support their team, not pressure people to produce as much as possible. Good results come from a team that is well supported.
We expect everyone to follow these principles, including team leaders. A team lead helps people develop their skills and gives them the support they need to work well.
You don’t have to pretend you understand. Asking questions when something is unclear helps you learn. Your questions help the whole team improve.
We give you time and support to develop your skills. Learning to do the work correctly matters more than completing as many tasks as possible.
You can disagree respectfully, explain a problem, or say you need help, including when speaking to a team lead. You will never be punished for being honest.
You should know what’s expected and how your work is evaluated. Clear working hours, consistent feedback, and rules that are explained to everyone.
Use your phone to complete the questionnaire. When you work with us, we provide a computer for you to work at and all the tools you need. You don’t need to own or buy work equipment.
Not sure what work you want to do? That’s okay. As you work, AI helps us notice potential strengths. You’ll have support to try relevant tasks and discover what you can do, what you enjoy, and where you can grow.
We understand that job scams can make it hard to trust a new employer. That’s why we pay you in cash at the end of your first working day. We want to build a good working relationship through actions, starting with paying you for your time. Your agreed hourly pay is for the hours you work, including training. You are paid for those hours even if you don’t reach a work target.
Before giving you more work, we ask how you’re feeling and whether you can manage it. We want to prevent ongoing stress and exhaustion from work.
You’ll work in a team of 5 to 9 people. Your team lead knows your name, checks how you’re doing, and helps you succeed. Team members help and support one another.
From Trainee to Team Lead, each level has clear requirements and a structured pay increase. You move forward when you’re ready.
Family, relationships, health, and personal responsibilities matter. When your workday ends, your time is yours. We respect your time and responsibilities outside work.
No experience with artificial intelligence (AI) or checking information for accuracy? We teach you what you need, including how to identify AI mistakes and check work carefully. You learn with support.
You are paid for every training session. You’ll build skills that help you in this role and stay with you throughout your career.
You receive your first day’s pay in cash. During the starting period, you’re paid for your hours at the end of each working day. As the working relationship becomes established, payments move to every two weeks. This changes when you’re paid, not your right to be paid for the hours you work.
It’s okay if you haven’t chosen a role or made a career plan. We’ll help you discover your strengths as you work.
